HOW TO PREPARE YOUR INSTRUMENT FOR SHIPMENT?
DISINFECTION IS CRUCIAL. Before you post your instrument, please clean it and perform disinfection or sterilisation. The way you prepare it will depend on the manufacturer’s recommendations. PLEASE FOLLOW ASEPTIC TECHNIQUES – it will help safeguard the health of people who may come into contact with the instrument on each and every step of its way to the service point, especially our technicians and those who register incoming parcels in our company.
Dental handpieces and micromotors are very durable yet they need to be secured during shipment as they might get damaged. That is why they should be CAREFULLY PACKED. Most of our clients take good care of their equipment, but occasionally we receive envelopes with unprotected instruments inside. Bubble wrap, an old shoe box, something to fill in the empty spaces in the parcel will help carriers deliver your instrument safely to the service point.
Please add to your contact information, warranty card (if applicable) and all information that might come in handy during the check-up or repair.
WAITING TIME
The waiting time is set individually and depends on the number of handpieces and micromotors already in the service point and spare parts availability. Usually it takes several working days.
REPAIR COST
In case of after sales services, we always provide our clients with the approximate cost of repair.
